The Serpentwar Saga is a series of novels by Raymond E. Feist. The novels revolve around two characters, Erik von Darkmoor and Rupert "Roo" Avery. It tells of the struggles of the Kingdom of the Isles against a massive army on the distant continent of Novindus.

Shadow of a Dark Queen
is the first book in The Serpentwar Saga and was first published in July 1994. It follows the story of Erik von Darkmoor and Rupert Avery (Roo) two young boys from the town of Ravensburg who are chased after murdering the Baron of Darkmoor's son (Technically Baron of Darkmoor for one hour) and their escape to Krondor.
Rise of a Merchant Prince
is the second book in The Serpentwar Saga and was first published in October 1995. It follows the story of Rupert Avery a young boy from Darkmoor that has just returned from the southern continent of Novindus and is set to make his fortune. The book also inter cuts to his childhood friend Erik von Darkmoor who returns back to Novindus as a corporal in the King's army.
Rage of a Demon King
is the third book in The Serpentwar Saga and was first published in 1997. It continues the story of the impending invasion of the Emerald Queen in Novindus which ultimately ends in the Kingdom, preceded by Rise of a Merchant Prince and followed by Shards of a Broken Crown.
Shards of a Broken Crown
is the fourth and final book in The Serpentwar Saga series.
Thanks to an enemy general who has a change of heart now that the enemy leaders are gone, the reclamation of the western realm of the Kingdom is made easier - but not by much - with Kesh threatening Krondor and the Eastern Armies returning to the east. On top of that, a new evil is unleashed by the enemy, with the dead rising and fighting the Kingdom forces. Pug, Tomas, Nakor and Miranda must defeat the enemy magicians and their unnatural allies for the Kingdom to survive.
